Our shipping policy contains everything you might need to know about our business and shipping operations and how your order is being handled.

We aim to be as transparent as possible so you know when to expect your items and where they are in the process at all times.

Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We will process your order on the same working day if the order is placed before 14.00.  All iO-WE orders are shipped in fully recycled and/or fully recyclable outer packaging.

Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive a notification of shipment email.  This will contain and the Estimated Arrival Date.

If your order has not arrived within 8 working days, please contact our order support team at orders@io-we.com if you have questions relating to your order and/or shipment.

It is important to be aware that current global, macro-economic issues are having an impact on supply chains at a component level which affects many technology products. 

Covid-19 amongst other factors put severe pressure on supply of certain components.  Those most affected are usually components that are used across a multitude of different technologies meaning ‘everyone’ needs them.

Stock usually moves very quickly and here at iO-WE.COM we have processes in place to limit any issues arising from supply issues.
